Inquiries arrive through many channels today: the contact form, the chat on your website, WhatsApp, an email, a list from a trade fair. Manage them across different inboxes and spreadsheets and sooner or later one slips through — usually the one that would have bought.
The Leads overview in InsightHub brings every channel together: one prospect, one view.
Every source in one list
Every prospect appears in the same list, whether they came in through a form, the chat widget, WhatsApp, a file import or manual entry. The “Created via” column shows the origin. Filter by source, assignee, campaign and status, and search across name, email, phone and company.
Each lead moves through a status you change right in the list: from New through Attempted, Initial call and Awaiting documents to Customer or Lost — with a reason if you like.
The full picture in the lead
Open a lead and everything is on one page:
- contact details, assignee, assigned salesperson and affiliate
- tags, callback reminders and internal notes
- the visit context — where the lead actually came from
On the right, the activity timeline keeps up: every status change, note, message and uploaded document, recorded automatically. After a phone call, one checkbox sets “last contact” to now — the software can't notice a phone call on its own.
Reply without switching windows
From the lead you write an email — free text or from a template. The prospect's replies land back in the same lead automatically. With the WhatsApp add-on you chat over WhatsApp, and incoming messages appear in real time. Drag documents such as quotes or contracts onto the lead; attachments of incoming emails are filed there too.
What changes day to day
Nobody has to ask who last wrote what to whom. Handovers within the team work because the history sits on the lead, not in one person's inbox. And reminders make sure the callback promised for Thursday actually happens.
If you think in columns, see the same leads as a Kanban board. Commissions for sales staff and partners are attached to the lead as well — more in the post on salespeople, affiliates and automatic payouts.
