Accessibility Statement

How accessible www.sg5.biz is against WCAG 2.1 AA, known limitations, and how to report barriers to us.

SG5 Digital Solutions is committed to making the website www.sg5.biz accessible in accordance with the Austrian Web Accessibility Act (WZG), the Accessibility Act (BaFG) and Directive (EU) 2016/2102. This statement applies to all pages under www.sg5.biz, including the InsightHub product and help pages.

Compliance status

This website is largely compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, conformance level AA, and the European standard EN 301 549. The items listed below are currently not, or only partially, met.

Measures in place

  • Full keyboard operability, visible focus and a skip link to the main content on every page
  • Landmarks (navigation, main content, footer) and labelled navigation regions for screen readers
  • Text alternatives for images; purely decorative graphics and animations are hidden from assistive technology
  • Contrast ratios of at least 4.5:1 for text and 3:1 for user interface components
  • Content reflows without horizontal scrolling down to a viewport width of 320 pixels; text stays readable at 200 % zoom
  • Animations are switched off when the "reduce motion" preference is enabled
  • Forms with visible labels, required-field marking and clear error messages

Non-accessible content

The following content is not fully accessible for the reasons stated:

  • Videos: product and tutorial videos are embedded from YouTube. Captions are available through YouTube (auto-generated or in several languages); an editorially reviewed caption track and audio description are not yet available for all videos.
  • Downloadable documents: some PDF documents (e.g. contract templates) are not yet fully tagged to PDF/UA.
  • Third-party content: we cannot guarantee the accessibility of embedded third-party services (YouTube, Google Maps, DocuSeal).

Preparation of this statement

This statement was prepared on 21 September 2026. It is based on a self-assessment using automated testing tools (axe-core, accessibility audits against WCAG 2.1 AA) and manual keyboard and screen-reader tests. The website is continuously developed; the statement is reviewed after significant changes and at least once a year.

Enforcement procedure

If you do not receive a satisfactory response to your message, you can contact the Austrian complaints body for accessibility at the Austrian Research Promotion Agency (FFG) (new tab). The complaints body examines whether the requirements of the Web Accessibility Act are met and issues recommendations for remedying deficiencies.
