InsightHub Assistant for Teams
Brings the InsightHub assistant into Microsoft Teams: look up orders, customers, leads and tickets, query your connected systems and confirm actions with a click — inside the Teams chat.

You install both packages yourself. On request we handle the setup as part of onboarding.
Install the WordPress plugin
- 1Download the ZIP and pick it in the WordPress backend under Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.
- 2Activate the plugin — an InsightHub entry appears in the sidebar.
- 3Enter the API key from your InsightHub account; products and content are indexed automatically after that.
Install the Teams app
- 1Download the ZIP and select it in Teams under Apps → Manage your apps → Upload an app as a custom app.
- 2Open the app and enter the pairing code from the InsightHub assistant editor.
- 3Done — the assistant answers in the Teams chat using data from your connected systems.
