The dashboard: the numbers that matter at a glance, arranged your way

The InsightHub dashboard shows today's appointments, waiting conversations, new leads and the helpdesk inbox on one page — and every team member arranges the widgets their own way. With the video and step-by-step help.

The morning starts with one question: what's on today? Which appointments, who has been waiting for a reply since yesterday, how many new inquiries came in overnight? The answers sit in three or four different views — and whoever opens them one after the other still has no number, ten minutes later, that compares with last week. A dashboard with the key figures that matter solves exactly that — provided it shows the right numbers, in the order that fits your work.

Every important number on one page

The Dashboard in InsightHub shows the most important numbers of your website at a glance. The period at the top — the last 7, 30 or 90 days — applies to every widget, so one switch puts every number on the same span.

  • Today — today's appointments and the next one, conversations waiting for a reply, new leads and chats.
  • Getting started — the setup checklist for a new website. It disappears once everything is done.
  • Helpdesk inbox — unassigned, mine, waiting for a reply and overdue. Open takes you straight to that folder.
  • Further down, the Bookings, the lead pipeline by status and the Chat quality.

The dashboard shows only what your website uses and what your role may see — the same rules as the menu on the left. Each widget loads on its own; a slow number never holds up the page.

Customize: every team member gets their own layout

Customize switches to edit mode. The video walks through the steps in order:

  1. Drag a widget by its handle or move it with the arrows — in the video, the leads move up next to the helpdesk inbox.
  2. Remove what you don't need with ×, the reviews for example.
  3. Set the size with S, M and L: one, two or three columns.
  4. Add widget opens the full catalog — the Key figures with your all-time totals, for example.
  5. Done ends the editing. Reset to default brings back the standard layout at any time.

Your layout and period are saved for you, on every device. And per person: every team member arranges their own dashboard for each website. Whoever works in sales moves the pipeline to the top; whoever looks after support, the inbox.

What this changes

The day starts with one page instead of four views — and at the top of that page is what counts for your work. A good start: set the period to 7 days, drag the two or three widgets you need every day to the top and remove the rest. The catalog stays within reach in case you want something back later.

What's behind the individual numbers is covered in the posts on the Leads overview and the chat sessions.
