An AI assistant on your website answers questions around the clock. The really valuable information, though, is in the questions themselves: they show what your customers actually want to know — and where your website doesn't answer yet.
Every conversation, message by message
Chat sessions list every conversation with your assistant — from the chat widget on your website and, with the WhatsApp add-on, from WhatsApp too. Opening a session shows the full exchange with timestamps and response times, plus the sources the assistant relied on.
When it needs a personal touch, step in yourself: your message appears in the customer's chat window in real time, on WhatsApp via the official Cloud API. Pause the AI in a session and your team takes over from that moment — until you resume the assistant.
A question becomes an FAQ
The most important control in the overview is a small button: + FAQ. It sits on every message.
- Click + FAQ on a customer question.
- The title is pre-filled with the customer's question.
- The AI drafts the answer — you review and adjust it.
- Create document — done.
Week by week, this builds an FAQ your visitors can read and your assistant draws on for future questions. The answers get better because they come from real questions, not from a list of guesses.
Analytics across all conversations
View analytics sums up every conversation: number of sessions, total messages, the zero-result rate, average response time and average tokens per message. Below that are the top search queries — what your customers are really asking.
A good rhythm: once a week, go through the zero-result queries and the poorly rated answers and turn them into FAQ entries. The zero-result rate then tells you whether it's working.
A chat often turns into a lead, by the way — how it continues in the Leads overview is covered in its own post.
