Who can become a partner?
Web and shop agencies, freelancers, IT service providers and consultants who look after websites or shops for clients — in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, and beyond on request.
How high is the commission or margin?
It is recurring and depends on the model: when referring, you get a commission on the subscription of every client you refer; when managing & invoicing, partner prices with margin for your own invoice. We set the exact rates in the introductory call and put them in the partner agreement.
How is it billed?
When referring, you receive your commission on an ongoing basis by credit note. When managing & invoicing, we invoice you the partner prices and you invoice your clients yourself — on your terms, also as part of your maintenance contract.
Do I have to provide support?
Not when referring — your clients are looked after directly by us. When managing & invoicing, you are your clients' first point of contact and we are the second level for everything technical.
Is white label available yet?
Not fully. Today you adjust colours, icon and texts per client website; the widget still shows “Powered by SG5”. We are building white label right now with our founding partners — the first step is your logo instead of the SG5 mention in the widget and the PDF reports. Joining now means deciding what comes next.
How is data protection handled?
Hosting and AI processing in the EU. When referring, your client concludes the data processing agreement directly with SG5. When managing & invoicing, we define the roles — processing and sub-processing — in the partner agreement, so your client has a clean chain.
What is the founding partner program?
In 2026 we deliberately take on only a few agencies as founding partners. They get the closest line to us, shape the white-label development and lock in their terms for good. In return they bring their first paying client within 90 days.
